Private suite in restored heritage 6-plex located right across the street from the beautiful Dallas Road oceanfront in James Bay! Cross the street and take a relaxing stroll down the oceanside or grab a coffee at one of the quaint shops just steps away on Menzies Street. Watch as horse drawn carriages pass by our heritage house throughout the day in this historic part of James Bay. Go out on the town in Downtown's inner harbor, just minutes away.


This large bachelor suite was recently completely renovated. The kitchen has espresso cabinets, an island with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The 4 piece bathroom has a vanity with a granite counter, low flow toilet and marble floors.

 

The suite comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Victoria! Queen size bed with linens, double size sofa bed in living room, plasma TV with DVD player and digital cable, built in work desk for your laptop with free wireless internet access, towels, fully equipped kitchen with all cookware, plates, cutlery and more... Just bring your suite case and we'll take care of the rest!


Street parking is along Menzies Street and the side street (Rithet) or off-street parking stall located 2 minutes away available for a monthly fee. Common coin-op laundry room on site. Small well behaved pets and children are welcome.

    This is our second time staying with this group though in a different part of Victoria. The apartment was in a great location just steps from Dallas Road and more than met our needs. There is no protected parking so one has to park on the street and spots were limited. Thanks for a restful and enjoyable stay.

    This was a wonderful, clean, convenient accommodation in a fabulous location, just a short , fifteen minute walk to Victoria Harbour and a couple of minutes to the coastal path. There were lots of coffee shops nearby as well as a grocery store. Martin was helpful about aragements ffor collecting the keys and prompt in communicating to answer questions.
