This suite has ocean glimpses and was recently renovated. The kitchen has espresso cabinets, an island with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The 4 piece bathroom has a vanity with a granite counter, low flow toilet and marble floors.

Street parking is along Menzies Street and the side street (Rithet) or off street parking stall located 2 minutes away available for a monthly fee. Common coin-op laundry room on site. Small well behaved pets and children are welcome.
